The European Context of Development of the Czech Law after the Year of 2004

The organizers of the conference Days of Law and researchers of the intended research of the Faculty of Law MU are going to use the conference on Wednesday 23 November 2011 in the afternoon hours for public presentation of proposition of intended research closing report and for the discussion about its contents. Prominent specialists of the field of research and legal practice will be participating.

The structure of the workshop is based on the intent. It is composed of the concept of presentation of the common part of intended research closing report, relating presentations by some external specialists and discussion.

The basic structure of the workshop will be set according to the included contents of the intended research and aimed at:

  1. The initial state of the EU law as of the year 2004.
  2. The changes in the law of EU during the period of 2005-11, expansion of EU law in relation to national legislation, the extent of Europeanization, the sources of Europeanization and their influence on national legislation (from point of view of the EU law, especially – general European law).
  3. Influence of changes in the EU law on national legislation during the observed period, especially – on the Czech law.
  4. The actual impacts of changes on the EU law on the state and the development of Czech law: actual process of Europeanization of Czech law and its outcomes during the observed period.
